Elizabeth D. Rubinstein

Ms. Rubinstein’s practice includes real estate litigation with a focus on eminent domain law. Current and past clients include the Sheridan Redevelopment Agency, E-470 Public Highway Authority, the City of Aurora, the City of Arvada, the City of Longmont, the Aurora Urban Renewal Authority, the Murphy Creek Metropolitan District, the Todd Creek Farms Metropolitan District, the Aspen Park Metropolitan District, the Sky Ranch Metropolitan District, and various private landowners.

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Rubinstein served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Kenneth Stuart in Colorado’s Eighteenth Judicial District. She has also worked for the Colorado State Court Administrator’s Office.

Her educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University in 1993 and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1999 (top 10% of class).

Ms. Rubinstein authored an article on Colorado’s electronic filing system published in The Colorado Lawyer. While in law school she received an American Jurisprudence Award in criminal law and represented indigent clients through the University of Denver Student Law Office. She is a past president of the Denver Chapter of the International Right-of-Way Association.
