Ms. Neitzel's practice focuses primarily on water law.  Since graduation from the University of Denver College of Law in 1994, Ms. Neitzel has been employed in private practice including work in real estate, environmental and water law.  Ms. Neitzel is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.

Ms. Neitzel earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil and Architectural engineering from the University of Miami in 1982.  She worked in Florida as project manager for design and environmental impact studies of major transportation projects.  She is a professional engineer licensed in the States of Florida and Colorado.

Ms. Neitzel authored the Water Law section of the Annual Survey of Colorado Law in 1994/95 and 1995/96 and co-authored in 1996/97.  In 1997, she was a lecturer at the University of Colorado at Denver, teaching a master's level engineering class on Colorado water rights.  Also, while attending the University of Denver, she was a staff writer for the Water Court Reporter.
